Description:

Join your NIRI SF and NorCal colleagues for a career development and networking event. As the IR profession continues to evolve, so too does the career path for IR professionals. While the path to the board has traditionally been through the C-suite, ESG initiatives are rapidly changing the way investors view and measure talent for senior leadership and corporate boards. Join us for a keynote presentation followed by an interactive panel discussion about shaping your career trajectory beyond investor relations.

We will discuss current trends in recruiting, how to approach your career path, and opportunities to expand and extend your skill set so that you’re ready for that next role and prepared for the long-game.
