What I love about in IR is that no day is ever the same - it’s very challenging and rewarding.  I am always working on interesting projects, solving hard problems, and working with smart and driven people.

Nicole has been running her own consultancy, NMN Advisors, for more than 15 years. During her 20 years in investor relations, she has provided over 100 pre-IPO and public companies investor relations and strategic communications counsel and has worked with companies in virtually every facet of investor relations, including IPOs, shareholder activism, M&A communications, global investor targeting and crisis communications.

Prior to consulting, she was the Director of IR for meVC / Draper Fisher Jurvetson's (DFJ) public venture capital fund where she managed the public relations and investor relations departments. While at meVC/DFJ Fund, she assisted with the company's $330M IPO on the NYSE. Before working for the meVC/DFJ Fund, Nicole held IR and Finance positions at Infoseek and Imatron.

For 9 years, Nicole volunteered as both an Officer and Director with the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) San Francisco and Silicon Valley chapters and is currently a member of the senior roundtable. She has been a public speaker on the topic of disclosure, ethics, and investor relations strategic issues at the Annual NIRI National conference, PRSA San Francisco Chapter, and NIRI Silicon Valley Chapter. Nicole is also a contributor to IR Update, a magazine specializing in investor relations. Nicole holds a B.S., Political Science and B.A., History from the University of California, Santa Cruz and completed additional studies at the University of Grenoble, France and University of Hull, England.

Lisa is an investor relations executive with over 20 years of technology industry experience including 13 years in investor relations, 2 years in channel programs, and 6 years in accounting and finance.  Lisa was most recently the Senior Director of IR at Juniper Networks where her responsibilities included developing and executing the IR strategy, developing external messaging and managing relationships with buy-side and sell-side analysts. Her IR experience includes shareholder activism, debt IPO and secondary offerings, M&A and hosting investor events around the globe. Prior to joining Juniper in 2007, Lisa held roles in IR and finance at Lam Research.  Lisa served on the NIRI SV Chapter Board from 2006 – 2012.

Education: MBA from Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University; B.S., Business Administration, Accounting from San Jose State University.

Favorite aspect of IR: Interaction with the world’s top thought leaders and influencers.

Cherryl is Director, Investor Relations for Twitter. Prior to joining Twitter and Informatica, Cherryl spent over five years as an investor relations officer at JDSU. Before joining JDSU, Cherryl spent over 10 years in the equity and fixed income capital markets and management consulting, working at Goldman Sachs, Gartner, McKinsey and Merrill Lynch. Cherryl is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified FP&A Professional.

Education: Bachelor of Science degree from Ateneo de Manila University and a Certificate in International Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Anna Vu joined First Republic’s investor relations team in April 2017. As Associate Director, Anna serves as a point of contact for the investment community and hosts investor meetings, roadshows and conferences with the executive team. Anna manages the firm’s governance program, overseeing the proxy release process and governance outreach. She also supports First Republic’s earnings release.

Prior to First Republic, Anna was a Senior Manager in the Risk and Capital Markets teams at LendingHome, an online marketplace originator for mortgage loans, where she managed operational risk and institutional investor partnerships. From 2007 through 2014, Anna worked in fixed income sales for both Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs, where she covered west coast financial institutions for structured products securities. She started her career as a derivatives structuring and marketing analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Anna holds a degree in Economics from Stanford University, where she was also captain of the Varsity Sailing Team.

Stacey is a member of the Investor Relations Team at Square, a role she began prior to the company’s IPO in 2015. Prior to joining Square, she led Investor Relations for Zayo Group in Boulder, Colorado. Before her work on the corporate side, Stacey was a buy-side high-yield analyst for ING International. She also spent 12 years in high-yield Telecom, Media and Technology research on the sell-side at Goldman Sachs, Royal Bank of Scotland and Citigroup.

Amy previously spent nearly a decade on Wall Street as a sell-side analyst covering computer software and Internet infrastructure, publishing research for Lehman Brothers and JMP Securities. Prior to Wall Street, Amy specialized in business development and strategic planning for Barnes International, a leading machinery and filtrating company, and worked as a chemist in the Aerospace and Engineered Materials sectors of AlliedSignal, now a part of Honeywell.

Amy received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a PhD in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA with distinction in Chemistry from Cornell University.

Derrick Nueman recently joined Pandora to lead its investor relations team and help the company in its turnaround efforts. Prior to Pandora, Derrick spent more than 10 years at TiVo Corporation, where he served most recently as Vice President of Investor Relations. During his tenure, he managed TiVo’s investor relations program and had a strategic role in the financial operations of the company. Derrick’s leadership balanced setting the direction for TiVo, while optimizing shareholder value, and he also provided guidance for M&A transactions, including the acquisition of TiVo, Inc. by Rovi Corporation.

Before TiVo, Derrick was an equity research associate analyst for JP Morgan where he created and published financial models and research for internet, digital media and advertising technology companies. Prior to that, he was the director of investor relations for Ask Jeeves, where he led the company through impressive financial growth, and he was an analyst at Thomas Financial, where he provided strategic financial oversight and business metric support for corporations during the tech boom of the early 2000's.

Before joining IEX, John led the investor relations function for Nimble Storage until HPE’s acquisition of the company. He also has consulted for TransparentBusiness, an early-stage software company on their investor messaging. Prior to Nimble, John led Avaya's debt and equity investor relations outreach efforts. He has been a team member and team leader of comprehensive IR programs at leading Silicon Valley companies, including Juniper Networks and Applied Materials. Earlier in his career, he worked in both finance and non-finance roles at Raychem corporation and at Intel. He has an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from Santa Clara University. John received his IRC credential in 2017 and has been active in NIRI since 1999.

Hunter Landers is the President and Founder of Grapeshoot, a full service brand marketing and creative design agency. In addition to overseeing the company's operations, he manages client projects and relations and assists in brand strategy and message development. Hunter has more than 20 years of experience working for agencies in the marketing communications fields. As a project manager and consultant he has worked with clients ranging from IPO start-ups, to the Fortune 500, in a wide variety of sectors and industries.
