Victoria Hyde-Dunn
Informatica
Victoria brings over 20 years of executive experience in investor relations and finance. During her career, Victoria developed, managed, and executed IR programs for fin-tech and software-as-a-service (SaaS) companies across high-growth private equity ownership structures to established companies undergoing a transition. Her broad experience encompasses initial public offerings (IPO), management transitions, shareholder activism, debt issuance, crisis and issues management, and M&A for NYSE and Nasdaq listed companies.
Victoria is currently Vice President, Investor Relations at Informatica (NYSE: INFA), a global leader in enterprise cloud data management. She joined Informatica in 2021 to help prepare the company for an initial public offering in October 2021 raising $1 billion. Before joining Informatica, Victoria was Head of Investor Relations for 8x8, Inc. (NYSE: EGHT), a global provider of cloud communications and contact center solutions from 2017 to 2021. Prior to joining 8x8, she served as Senior Director of Investor Relations for Visa Inc. (NYSE: V), a leader in digital payments from 2007 to 2017. Victoria joined Visa to help establish the company’s global IR function before the company’s successful IPO in March 2008 raising $19 billion. Before Visa, she held an Investor Relations role at McAfee Inc. (acquired by Intel) from 2005 to 2007, and Investor Relations and Treasury roles at Providian Financial (acquired by Washington Mutual/ JP Morgan Chase) from 1999 to 2005.
Victoria is a board member for the NIRI San Francisco chapter since 2016 and served on the NIRI Silicon Valley board from 2007 to 2011. She has held the positions of President-Elect, Treasurer, Sponsorship, Advocacy, Membership, and Programs throughout her combined board experience. Victoria has been recognized by IR Magazine (Best Investor Relations Officer, Large-Cap 2017) and is an Institutional Investor Magazine, All-American Executive. Victoria has an MBA and B.A. in Finance from the University of San Francisco.

Adtran Holdings
Peter Schuman, IRC, is VP Investor Relations at Adtran Holdings since November 2024. He has a proven track record in financial communications. Prior to that he was VP Investor Relations, Industry Analyst & Public Relations at Cambium Networks. In 2019, he helped take Cambium Networks public on NASDAQ with J.P. Morgan & Goldman Sachs with a market cap of $250M which increased to $1.7B, and through 2 secondary offerings at $28 and $48. As active participant in the IPO process, he helped formulate the S-1 registration statement, investor presentation, Q&A, roadshow, investor targeting, creation of the investor website and related press releases, and helped facilitate two secondary offerings. He was previously Sr. Director Investor Relations at Avaya (a SaaS company) where he helped take the company public on the NYSE with a direct listing and built the investor relations program. Previously he was promoted to Sr. Director, Investor Relations at Atmel Corp in April 2013. He joined the investor relations department at Atmel Corporation in July 2010 as Director Investor Relations. Peter was responsible for all investor activities until Atmel's acquisition in April 2016. In 2011 Atmel's IR Department received an honorable mention from IR Magazine for most progress in investor relations. In April 2016, Peter passed the National Investor Relations Institute's Investor Relations Charter (IRC) certification exam. Prior to Atmel he was a manager of investor relations at Intel Corporation from September 2007 until June 2010. He was responsible for Midwest & Canada buyside, retail shareholders, an award-winning annual report and the annual stockholders' meeting. He re-designed INTC.com, Intel's IR website achieving awards from both IR Global Rankings and the Web Marketing Association. In 2009 and 2010 Intel's IR department was ranked #1 by the buyside for the semiconductor industry by Institutional Investor. Prior to Intel, Peter was the Director of Investor Relations and Public Relations at Coherent, Inc. He joined Coherent, Inc. in September of 1997 as Manager of the newly created Investor Relations Department. Prior to re-joining Coherent in April 2001, Peter served a six-month stint as Director, Investor Relations at Oplink Communications in San Jose, CA where he helped oversee that company's successful initial public offering in October 2000 and set up its investor relations program. Peter has also worked as a Marketing Director at The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. in Menlo Park, California and as a Compliance Examiner in the Enforcement Department of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. in Washington, D.C. He began his career as an auditor with Berkshire Hathaway Inc.'s General Re unit in Stamford, Connecticut. Peter received an MBA in Investments & International Business from Pace University in White Plains, New York and a BS in Finance from The University of Maryland, College Park. Peter presently serves on the NIRI San Francisco Chapter board as Treasurer and served on the advisory boards of vOOrka, a start-up biometrics company, and IPREO, a global leader in providing market intelligence, data, and technology solutions. Peter previously served on the served on the NIRI Silicon Valley Chapter board for five years.

As a Partner at Third Economy, Malin develops and implements Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategies for corporations and institutional investors. Clients advancing their long-term financial sustainability benefit from her experience on both sides of the capital markets. Malin spent four years as a buy-side analyst, seeing first-hand the need for improved disclosure on ESG topics. During her seven-year tenure as Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing at Bank of Marin she oversaw Investor Relations and the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. Malin spent the first ten years of her career with GE Capital, progressing through various roles including internal audit and global pricing. A native of Sweden, Malin has a MSc in Business from Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law. She is a holder of the FSA Credential issued by the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Chris is a strategic investor relations executive with over a decade of experience leading IR programs at public technology companies, as well as performing in other corporate finance roles. His investor relations experience includes building market-leading IR programs, public listings, private financings, M&A, management transitions, and helping companies effectively navigate an increasingly complex world.
Chris is currently the Vice President of Investor Relations at Planet Labs PBC (NYSE: PL). Prior to joining Planet, he was the Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Development at NETGEAR, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTGR). Previous to NETGEAR, he was an technology IR consultant at The Ruth Group, an agency based in New York City. Chris attended the University of Richmond in Virginia. He currently lives in San Francisco with his wife and young son, and enjoys spending his free time outdoors.

T.J. O’Sullivan is a Director at Joele Frank, Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher, advising companies across industries and in a wide range of special situations, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism and crisis management. T.J. joined Joele Frank in 2019 from PG&E Corporation, where he served on the investor relations team through several crises, including the 2017 Northern California wildfires, the 2018 Camp Fire and PG&E’s Chapter 11 filing in 2019. He received a BA in History and Accounting from the College of William and Mary in Virginia.

Kim Sampson is a Director of Investor Relations at Roku based in San Jose, CA with more than 15 years of financial communications experience. Prior to Roku, she was the head of Corporate Communications at Nextdoor, and before that she was Corporate Communications Lead at Square. She also previously worked at strategic communications agencies Brunswick and FTI Consulting. She will be serving her first year on the NIRI SF chapter board. She has a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University.

She joined Financial Profiles from LHA Investor Relations, which is now part of Alliance Advisors, LLC. From 2015 through 2016 Moriah served as VP, Corporate Strategy & Relations at Meetyl, a San Francisco based technology company that enabled direct engagement between investors and issuers. Prior to Meetyl, from 2008 through 2014 she was Senior Director, Corporate Communications & Investor Relations at Tessera Technologies, Inc. (now Xperi), a technology miniaturization company located in San Jose, CA. Moriah started her IR career at LHA Investor Relations. Lisa is an investor relations executive with over 20 years of corporate experience spanning investor relations, accounting, finance, and channel programs. Her IR experience includes developing and executing IR strategies, management transitions, shareholder activism, debt IPOs, M&A and hosting investor events across the U.S., Europe and Asia. Lisa has worked for both NYSE and Nasdaq listed companies in the technology, Industrials technology and financial services sectors.
Lisa is the vice president, head of investor relations at EnerSys (NYSE: ENS), the global leader in stored energy solutions. With over $3 billion in revenue, $3 billion in market cap, 140 offices and more than11,000 employees, EnerSys products and energy storage solutions provide the critical infrastructure technology needed to support megatrends such as 5G, IoT, electric vehicles and uninterrupted power for public utilities and telecom service providers.
Before joining EnerSys in 2022, she was senior vice president, head of Investor Relations at Redwood Trust, Inc. (NYSE:RWT), a leading innovator in housing credit investing, where she was responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of the investor relations, corporate communications and ESG strategies.
Prior to joining Redwood in 2018, she worked at Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) from 2007 – 2017 where she held a variety of roles in investor relations, finance, and marketing and was the senior director of investor relations when she left the company in 2017. Prior to joining Juniper, Lisa held roles in IR and finance at Lam Research, (Nasdaq: LRCX) from 1997-2007.
Lisa joined the board of NIRI San Francisco in 2016 and served on the NIRI Silicon Valley board from 2006 – 2012. She previously held the positions of Treasurer, Communications, and Programs. She holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Business and a B.S., Accounting from San Jose State University.

Nicole has been running her own consultancy, NMN Advisors, for more than 15 years. During her 20 years in investor relations, she has provided over 100 pre-IPO and public companies investor relations and strategic communications counsel and has worked with companies in virtually every facet of investor relations, including IPOs, shareholder activism, M&A communications, global investor targeting and crisis communications.
Prior to consulting, she was the Director of IR for meVC / Draper Fisher Jurvetson's (DFJ) public venture capital fund where she managed the public relations and investor relations departments. While at meVC/DFJ Fund, she assisted with the company's $330M IPO on the NYSE. Before working for the meVC/DFJ Fund, Nicole held IR and Finance positions at Infoseek and Imatron.
For 9 years, Nicole volunteered as both an Officer and Director with the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) San Francisco and Silicon Valley chapters and is currently a member of the senior roundtable. She has been a public speaker on the topic of disclosure, ethics, and investor relations strategic issues at the Annual NIRI National conference, PRSA San Francisco Chapter, and NIRI Silicon Valley Chapter. Nicole is also a contributor to IR Update, a magazine specializing in investor relations. Nicole holds a B.S., Political Science and B.A., History from the University of California, Santa Cruz and completed additional studies at the University of Grenoble, France and University of Hull, England.
