Description of Position:
      Responsibilities
The Investor Relations (“IR”) team is a strategic asset at EA, responsible for developing and managing relationships with the investment community on a global basis. The role of the IR department is to provide a clear and consistent message to current and prospective shareholders through a variety of channels including quarterly earnings, conferences, roadshows and meetings. The function of IR is to provide equal access to all shareholders or potential investors to information that EA chooses to make publicly available. The team works closely with executive management and keeps them apprised of Street views, trends and results that affect the company and/or our stock. The EA IR team was recognized in 2017 by
Institutional Investor as the #1 IR team in Software according to sell-side analysts. The IR Manager position reports to the VP of Investor Relations.
Responsibilities
Shareholder & Analyst Relations
--Develop and manage relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts
around the world
--Manage participation in investor conferences, roadshows, bus tours, on-site meetings,
annual shareholder meetings, EA Play, analyst days, and studio tours
--Track all interactions in an online database (IR Insight)
Business Analysis & Management
--Manage the quarterly earnings process including preparation of the press release, slides,
Q&A document and other materials while collaborating with executives, Legal, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury and Corporate Communications
--Manage IR processes including quarterly shareholder analysis, updates to executives on
Wall St reactions, distribution of analyst reports on EA and its peers, competitor analyses,
Board of Director reports, vendor relationships and press release approvals
--Analyze & understand quarterly financial results and overall business performance
Communications
--Manage and improve the Investor Relations internal and external websites with the most
relevant and clear information
--Develop strong working relationships with executives and teams across the company
--Regular communications with buy- and sell-side analysts
      Requirements
Key Skills and Requirements
--Has a continuous drive to learn and achieve professional growth
--Minimum of 5 years of work experience in investor relations, FP&A, or public relations with a solid knowledge of public equity markets, financial statements and Wall Street
--Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail Passion for EA and knowledge of the videogame industry is a plus
--High level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information
--Drive to collaborate with cross-functional team to achieve business objectives
--Financial and business acumen;
--Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills Experience with FactSet or other financial databases a plus
--Willing to travel several times a year to meet with investors and attend conferences
--Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple projects
--Bachelor’s degree is required
